The short version, written to be read. CellarIQ is an Australian business and handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Winery data on CellarIQ is public business information, not personal information. We collect personal information only when you give it to us: an enquiry you send to a winery, a winery account you create, or a report or guide you purchase.
Why
To route your enquiry to the winery, run your account, deliver what you bought, and send service messages. We don’t sell personal information.
Who processes it
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments — we never see full card numbers) and an email provider for transactional email. Each only handles what it needs to.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email privacy@cellariq.com.au.
